A fully immersive 3D experience awaits, with 360° panoramic views and videos that highlight selected animated objects (such as doors and lights), all styled to your preference.
We create an interactive, photorealistic 3D “sneak peak” of your future architectural project. See, explore, examine rather than trying to imagine what it may look like.
Drawings and sketches certainly provide some information, but nothing compares being able to preview your completed project in vibrant colour (all lighting, finishes and furnishings on display) with the ability to view from any point, in any direction and at any time of day.
Why you need it
Clarity – Archviz (architectural visualisation) aids communication by providing clarity so reducing the risk of misunderstandings – the client knows exactly what to expect and contractors know what is expected of them. All vested parties, owner, designer, builder will be able to access the online archviz at any time during the project’s construction. Moreover, approved changes are updated timeously, ensuring the archviz remains current.
Marketing – In the case of say, a property development, the ability to adequately share your vision is essential when demonstrating your project’s benefits to potential investors and buyers. Archviz is an asset that makes this task demonstrably easier and may well help you clinch the deal.
How we do it
We have been in the business of modelling structures in 3D since 2006, providing technical layouts for both architects and building contractors.
We use architectural drawings, sketches or descriptions as provided by clients, to generate a digital 3D model. We then export the model to a 3D immersion software developed for architectural, construction, urban planning and landscaping imagery.
Timeline and cost
Each project is assessed individually, but for budget purposes assume 1% of the approved construction cost or alternatively, assume a rate of US$5-00 (R100) per square metre.
Our fee is influenced by a number of variables, such as the information provided (plans, sketches, descriptions) and the type and level of detail required such as furniture, fittings, lighting, finishes.
The cost is not just for a single image, it includes 360° panoramic views (of both the interior and exterior) as well as a video “fly through”.
